Course bookings

Confirmation of your course booking will be e-mailed to you. Booking may be made from any UK Address.

We reserve the right to change course dates and venues due to circumstances beyond our control, an alternative course will be offered or a full refund in line with our Terms of Business.

Payments & Taxes

We accept most major credit /debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, VISA Delta, Maestro (UK Issued) and Solo. All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£).

Online payments are handled using industry standard 128-bit encryption and are therefore highly secure.

Refunds on course bookings will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account and all prices on this website are quoted are, where appropriate, inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you need to re-arrange your booking, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days prior to start. We will re-arrange your booking date.

Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to other courses.

Reimbursement will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 14 days after we are in receipt of the products.
